FOUR OILS THAT ENHANCES HAIR GROWTH

Hey kinks what's up y'all? It's another Thursday and it's about that time to bring you a wonderful post!
And from the title I shall be talking to you about four oils that enhance natural hair growth.

And there are-

  • Hemp oil
  • Castor Oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Sweet Almond Oil

Benefits of Hemp Oil and how it affects hair growth

One of the most important  benefits of hemp oil for hair is its moisturizing properties. Hemp oil will prevent water loss and inject moisture into the hair and scalp.

Hemp oil also helps to enhance the growth of hair on the scalp in a number of ways. Among these is through the Omega3, Omega6 and Omega9 fatty acids, which are necessary in stimulating growth.

Hair is made of keratin, of which up to 90% is a protein. Hemp oil is able to provide this protein during growth as a basic element of the hair, especially when included in diet.

The oil also improves blood circulation on the scalp, which ensures that the hair follicles are nourished enough to support hair growth.

Benefits of coconut oil and how it affects hair growth

Coconut oil is loaded with natural antioxidants and nutrients such as Vitamin E, Vitamin K and Iron. Each of these plays a key role in keeping your hair soft and supple, and Iron can even eradicate dandruff from the scalp.

Coconut oil contains both antifungal and antibacterial properties, which protect against dandruff and lice, both of which can affect hair growth.

Benefits of castor oil and how it affects hair growth

Castor oil contains natural compounds that promote hair growth. A large percentage of castor oil contains Ricinoleic acid, one of the essential amino acids required by the human body. It’s an Omega-9 fatty acid that can penetrate into the pores of the skin and the hair follicles. It provides nourishment, enabling the hair follicles to restore growth to a normal level.

Castor oil will also protect existing hair follicles, keeping hair from being shed too quickly. The oil will also lessen the impact of sunshine and pollution.

Castor oil will also return the scalp to the optimum pH level, cure acne and dandruff. It will keep the organism population under control, which is what causes acne outbreaks and fungal growths such as dandruff. Overall, it’s an all-purpose hair and scalp restorative.

Benefits of sweet almond oil and how it affects hair growth

Sweet almond oil is rich in vitamins A (for maintaining healthy cell membranes), B1, B6 (shown to promote hair growth) and E (rich in antioxidants that promote blood and hence nutrient circulation to the scalp). Again, I would personally only rubsweet almond oil into my scalp the day before a wash.

5 TIPS TO HELP REDUCE SPLIT ENDS AND BREAKAGE

Hey kinks what's up y'all?.... Greetings! I hope everyone is having a fab day?

Okay so to the post what is a split end?  The end of a hair strand is damaged resulting in the strand separating into two or more fragments.

Hair breakage is more of a problem for naturals than split ends because split ends is as a result of many activities that a TRUE natural try to avoid..

Most naturals really suffer from hair breakage and I used to be a part of the team (even do my hair still breaks it has reduced a lot)

Here are five tips to help you manage hair breakage..

TRIM YOUR HAIR AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE:I came in contact with someone who told me that she has a phobia for cutting her hair and she was worried she was weird, but the psychologist in  me didn't see her as crazy though, this is a real problem that a lot of women have. With that being said,  trimming your hair doesn't mean you are cutting it off, it means you cutting of the damaged ends to allow new growth to be possible.

YOU COMB IT ALL THE TIME: I have stressed this IN  my hair journey that I don't comb my hair all the time. In fact one of my new year's hair resolution is to comb my hair less this year..  So I take finger detangling serious and I am patient with it. Combing of natural hair (which is already hard in the first place)causes SERIOUS tension to your hair follicles and breaks your hair more than it would if you just finger detangle!.

YOU DO NOT MAINTAIN A HAIR ROUTINE: like I have said in previous post you have to be consistent but not just consistent, you must have a hair routine or regimen.. Your hair has to be accustomed to a specific method.. It's not everything that is flying in the market that you should do (Charley trust me I learnt the had way).. There are a lot of DIY's out there but you have to be c…
