So i got a request from someone to do something on puffy eyes and dark circles under the eyes somedays ago, i could easily have just posted my personal stories and what i know, but when i was starting up a blog i told myself that i wanted to bring you guys the very best of everything. So i decided to do alot of research and ask people around what have worked for them. I will be stating the causes of this situation and some remedies for them...hope i helped
Stress and lack of sleep may result to making your eyes puffy.
Heavy drinking causes dehydration; this weakens the delicate skin around the eyes that causes it to pouch
Eating dinner that contains a lot of salt can result to puffy eyes the next day.
Crying before going to bed.
Wearing glasses all the time.
Allergies and sinus infection.
Going to the worse case scenario, Kidney Infection..,......
These are some of the causes of puffy eyes.......
Always try to wash off the make up from your face before going to bed.
Drink lots of water during the day to keep you hydrated.
Change your sleeping positions, sleep on your back to aviod puffiness.
Reduce the rate at which you rub your eyes or as we would say (scratch your eyes).
use eye cream or moisturizer containing vitamins A and K.M

DARK CIRCLES: These are actually blood vessels under the eyes
It can be inherited.
Stress, lack of sleep
Excessive eye rubbing....
Using make-up *a CONCEALER that goes with your skin*
Using moisturizing cream.
Visit the spa more often for a relaxation therapy.
Have at least 9-7 hours sleep everyday.
Using cold tea bags or cucumber over your eyes.
Use sun screens containing Vitamin D.
Eat more fruits and Veges.
I know this one is hard, even for me but exercising helps alot in refreshing your body *the only exercise i do is dance*
